Our most lightweight and compact electric winch design featuring a 5:1 design factor, automatic brake and aluminum frame and drum. Available with a variety of standard features and control options these winches can be configured for a variety of applications.

Features

  • Standard Features

    Totally enclosed non-ventilated motors. 15 minute duty cycle. Single or three phase voltages available. Totally enclosed, oil bath gearbox with anti-friction bearings. Belt-drive. Aluminum frame and drum.

  • Enhanced Safety

    5:1 design factor. Automatic spring-set, electrically released shoe brake and “self-locking” worm gear for enhanced safety. Hand crank for emergency operation included for use in the event of power loss.

  • Versatile Design

    Options include; 5 inch (127 mm) or 12 inch (305 mm) drum lengths. Free-spooling drum. Chain-drive. Electronic overload protection. Handheld or wall mount push button controls. NEMA 4 enclosures. Rotary limit switches.
