4-cup Vacuum Devices

With Ingersoll Rand's 4-Cup Vacuum Handling Devices, minimal effort is required for one person to lift and place flat, non-porous parts weighing up to 300 lb (136 kg).

Note: Vacuum cups require a flat, non-porous surface. Even slightly porous surfaces, like cardboard, can be tricky applications. Contact factory for applications with porous surfaces.


  • Safety

    Once the vacuum cups are fully engaged, a safety interlock, indicated by an air gauge and a green signal, prevents accidental release of the load

  • Ergonomic design

    A pivoting handle (on models 87306338 and 87306486) allows the operator to maintain a comfortable arm position as the load is lifted, moved, positioned and lowered. Model ZV4S uses the same ergonomic grip surface, but has non-pivoting controls that permit single-handed up/down movement and vacuum on/off

  • Productivity

    Improve productivity through more effective box or flat part pickup, orientation, transfer and positioning

  • Reduce part damage

    Box or flat surface quality is protected with positive secure gripping and pickup/setdown

  • Durability

    Designed to the ASME B30.20 specification for Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices

  • Versatility

    Model ZV4S is adjustable from a 12 x 12 in (305 x 305 mm) cup pattern to a 39 x 39 in (990 x 990 mm) cup pattern. Each cup arm can rotate through 60 degrees, giving maximum application flexibility
