Relaxing in Ingersoll Rand’s ThunderGun hauler, guests were given an inside look at Ingersoll Rand’s legacy in NASCAR and how it continues to serve the sport today.
Customers from NAPA Auto Parts had an opportunity to meet Ingersoll Rand’s driver, Cole Whitt, and get a personal tour of the JR Motorsports hauler as part of the ThunderGun Race Day Experience, created by Ingersoll Rand.
Prior to green flag, they were taken out onto the track for driver introductions and able to get close to the drivers and their cars on pit road. Being only feet away when the most famous words in NASCAR are spoken is one of the coolest experiences to be a part of. Between the jets flying over and the cars starting their engines, it’s enough to send chills up your spine!
To say that guests we’re blown away by the experience is an understatement.
From the first high-octane lap in ‘Thunder Valley’ to the checkered flag, getting that up close and personal with the sport will turn casual fans into fanatics. “This was the first race I’ve ever been to,” said Jackie Townley, “…and it certainly won’t be the last!”
