Ingersoll Rand Launches New 2350XP 1/2" Composite Impactool™

2350XP is the first composite Impactool in upcoming XP Series
DAVIDSON, N.C. — December 19, 2012 — Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in vehicle service tools and equipment, released its latest product, the 2350XP 1/2" Composite Impactool™, offering a combination of high performance, power and quality at an exceptional value.
The 2350XP operates with a 6-vane motor and twin-hammer impact mechanism, delivering 690 ft-pounds of reverse torque. The rugged composite housing and lightweight aluminum hammer case make the 2350XP just 4.1 pounds without sacrificing its long-lasting durability.
The ergonomic design and feather-touch trigger are intended to make the Impactool easier to use, increase comfort and reduce operator fatigue. With a patented one-hand forward/reverse control and a wide range of power regulator settings, the 2350XP offers technicians optimal control so they can perform multiple tasks with one tool. The silenced tool technology reduces noise levels in the service bay, while the large grease fitting makes it easy to maintain the tool.
“Ingersoll Rand has more than a century of proven engineering and innovation experience, and technicians rely on our Impactools to finish service jobs and tune-ups quickly and efficiently,”
said Nathan Schmid, marketing manager – vehicle services, Ingersoll Rand. “The exceptional power and comfort of the 2350XP gives technicians access to a quality tool at an affordable price.”
The 2350XP is the first in a new line of value-priced XP Series quality Impactools. The 2350XP is in stock and available for order. Visit or contact an authorized Ingersoll Rand distributor for more information.
