The process starts by creating an electronic model of the entire system, from the compressor room to the Point of Use.  The model is validated against measured data, ensuring accuracey and predictability.

Understand performance anywhere in the system

Whether it’s a zone of the plant with persistant pressure problems, a desire to know the relative consumption of various devices, or changes to the factory - such as a plant expansion, contraction, or change in process - can be simulated in the model.   The future system design can be designed for optimal performance and efficiency electronically, reducing the risk of poor results after construction.

Multiple future state interations can rapidly be simulated inside ASMS, allowing Ingersoll Rand to collaborate with customers to consider multiple scenarios for the system design or modfication.  The costs, performance, and efficiencies of each option can be weighed, allowing customers to make smart choices to achieve their business goals.
